What better way to view waterfront property
THAN, by water and in a comfortable motorboat? Boat amenities include
air conditioning, sun protection, licensed captain as driver, and of course,
refreshments.
Street views and home tours are great. In addition, wouldn't it be nice to see how the property is viewed from the waterfront? How does it look in comparison to other homes nearby?
Many times, street or frontal views of waterfront homes depict a clean, neat and groomed exterior. The same relates to home interiors. Thought is not given to people viewing homes from the water. Would this be important to you? If you have a boat, or friends or associates
do, would knowing how deep the water is at low tide, or, the ease or intricacies
of docking be a consideration? How noisy, or how private? What inlets
are you near and how difficult are they to maneuver? What services,
restaurants,
facilities, etc. are in relatively close proximity? Does my neighbor's
boat block my view or access to my dock?
